Eye Exam

Another milestone as a mother: I made an appointment and went to it. It’s such a silly thing to feel good about, but I feel good. This morning I had an eye exam, and Chase and I went with Milo. She got fussed while we were there, so I had to ask the attendant to wait a few minutes while I fed her (we’re still doing on-demand feeding, so her hunger can be unpredictable at times). Then, Chase watched her while the doctor checked out my eyes. Afterwards, Chase and I had fun trying on frames.

Mexican food for lunch (quesadilla!!), and the rest of the afternoon was spent watching some college football. Chase had to do a bit of work, so Milo and I hung out and played together. She’s all smiles and sweetness lately!
